Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Makemind Ecosystem, Inc ("we") operates PayRunner (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how it is protected.
2. What we collect
Account information: the email address, name and profile picture your Makemind account shares with the Service, and your seller identifier. Seller settings: jurisdiction, business status, branding and the items you sell. Provider connections: the provider, its account identifier, the display name and whether the key is a test or live key — the key values themselves are held in the platform’s secret store and are not returned to any screen. Transactions: amount, currency, status, the provider’s session and receipt references, and usage records for the charges that are ours.
3. Your customers
Customers pay as guests on the provider’s hosted checkout. Card details are processed by the provider and are never received by us. We keep the order record and the provider’s receipt reference so that both sides can look up what happened.
4. Retention
We keep data while the account is active and delete it within 30 days of closure, except records that must be retained for the period set by applicable law.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. Processing is entrusted to cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Firebase) as far as operating the Service requires, and to the payment provider you connect. We disclose to authorities only where the law requires it.
6. Cross-border transfer
Because of how the cloud infrastructure works, data may be stored in regions outside your own. The protections required by our processing agreements and by applicable law apply in that case too.
7. Security
Encryption in transit, access control at rest, least-privilege authorisation and access logging. Provider credentials are held in a secret store and are not readable from the application surfaces.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use what is needed to keep you signed in, and browser storage for conveniences such as the screen you last used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data. Write to support@makemind.app and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Children
The Service is business infrastructure and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes and contact
